Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Ominira Therapy, a service provided by Ominira Holdings, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website located at https://OminiraTherapy.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Your breach of these Terms. Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications and Site Interruptions

Termination
