Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Ominira Therapy, a service provided by Ominira Holdings, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website located at https://OminiraTherapy.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, and the updated “Effective Date” will reflect the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. User Representations

Your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Nevada and federal laws. Under NRS Chapter 41, remedies for deceptive trade practices or negligence are limited to those explicitly provided by law. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ominira Holdings, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: Your use of the Site. Your breach of these Terms. Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Modifications and Site Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice or liability. While we strive to maintain an operational Site, we are not liable for any interruptions or delays resulting from technical issues, maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, these Terms shall survive to the extent necessary to resolve disputes or enforce provisions related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
