It is common to feel unsure about where to begin or what to look for when seeking support. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Care is not built through a single decision, but through an ongoing process that unfolds over time.
Questions, uncertainty, and reflection are all part of that process. Support is available to guide your next steps. A phone consult can help you start, with no pressure.
Founder of Ominira, Counseling intern (NV), and Somatic-Informed
Nevada Residence Only · Telehealth Only
Destinie Cleveland earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, a Carnegie R1 research institution, and her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Science from Grand Canyon University. Her training has centered on trauma-focused care, integrating EMDR, somatic-based approaches, and mindfulness-informed practices, alongside additional study in addiction, nervous system regulation, and contemplative traditions.
Destinie’s work is grounded in a trauma-focused, somatic perspective, with an emphasis on how experiences are held and processed through both the mind and body. She supports adults in exploring patterns that may feel persistent or difficult to shift, offering a space that is both structured and reflective, where insight can translate into meaningful, embodied change.
Across her career, Destinie has worked within multiple levels of care, including detox, residential, and outpatient settings, informing a nuanced understanding of how individuals navigate complexity over time. This background continues to shape her approach, allowing her to meet clients with both depth and practicality.
She is committed to providing care that is thoughtful, grounded, and responsive to each individual, supporting greater awareness, stability, and alignment in how clients relate to themselves and their lives.

A phone consultation is a brief conversation designed to help you learn more about Ominira and ask any initial questions you may have. It is not therapy and does not involve assessment or treatment. This conversation helps determine next steps and whether moving forward feels like a good fit.
Phone consultations are required for all services.
After the phone consultation, clients receive intake forms and, when applicable, insurance verification documents by email. Intake materials vary depending on whether services are individual, couples, or group based.
Insurance verification applies to individual and couples therapy. Group therapy is offered as a self-pay service.
For individual therapy, the first session includes an intake interview where your provider reviews relevant history, discusses current concerns, and begins collaboratively identifying goals for care.
For couples therapy, each partner completes an individual intake session before ongoing couples sessions begin. For group offerings, the first session is the initial group meeting.
